Head of Business Development – Digital & FX Solutions (Toronto)

Are you a high‑performing sales leader who lives at the intersection of FX, digital assets, and cross‑border payments
? We’re scaling fast in Canada and looking for a Toronto‑based Head of Business Development to drive growth across our institutional and corporate client segments.

About the Role

You’ll lead our Canadian commercial strategy, owning revenue, partnerships, and market expansion for our trading, liquidity, and settlement products
, with additional exposure to FX and cross‑border payment flows
. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who thrives in a high‑velocity fintech environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Build and execute a national GTM strategy for our trading and digital asset solutions
  • Drive new business across institutional clients, Corporates, OTC desks, asset managers, and Fintech platforms
  • Develop partnerships with exchanges, liquidity providers, PSPs, and digital asset infrastructure players
  • Educate clients on digital market structure, liquidity, custody, and risk considerations
  • Expand adoption of our FX and cross‑border payment products as complementary revenue streams
  • Lead pipeline development, forecasting, and commercial negotiations
  • Collaborate with product, compliance, and operations to shape market‑driven enhancements
What You Bring
  • 5–10+ years in sales, digital asset trading, OTC desks, or institutional digital solutions
  • Strong understanding of market structure, liquidity, custody, and trading workflows
  • Experience selling to institutional or mid‑market clients in Fintech, Payments, or Financial Services
  • Background in FX sales, treasury solutions, or cross‑border payments is a strong advantage
  • Ability to translate complex technical products into clear commercial value
  • A Toronto network across fintech, Digital Assets, payments, or financial institutions
