We are seeking an experienced Cloud Systems Administrator with strong expertise in managing Microsoft 365 and Azure environments. This role is responsible for day-to-day administration, configuration, access management, and operational support of the Azure and Office 365 tenant, along with VMware infrastructure integration. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience managing identity, security, policies, and cloud services in an enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities- Administer and manage the Microsoft 365 (O365) tenant
, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and One Drive - Manage Azure Entra (Azure AD) including user lifecycle, group management, role‑based access control (RBAC), and conditional access policies
- Configure and maintain identity and access management
, MFA, SSO, and security baselines - Administer Azure resources including virtual machines, networking, storage, and monitoring
- Manage and support configuration policies across Azure and Microsoft 365 (security, compliance, device, and access policies)
- Integrate and support VMware environments connected to Azure (hybrid infrastructure, migrations, and operations)
- Perform tenant‑level configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization
- Support audits, compliance requirements, and security reviews
- Document configurations, procedures, and operational runbooks
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams on cloud initiatives
- Strong hands‑on experience managing Microsoft 365 and Azure tenants
- Deep knowledge of Azure Entra / Azure AD
, identity governance, and access controls - Experience with Conditional Access, MFA, RBAC
, and security policies - Working knowledge of VMware administration and hybrid cloud environments
- Familiarity with Azure networking, storage, and virtual machine management
- Experience supporting enterprise users and access models
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
- Azure or Microsoft 365 certifications (e.g., AZ-104, MS-102)
- Experience in regulated or enterprise environments
- Power Shell scripting for automation and administration
