Position: Integration Developer to work integrating solutions for enterprise systems on an Azure platform for our energy sector
24-month contract
Hybrid - 2 days on-site in Oshawa
35 hours per week
Job Overview
Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions for enterprise systems on Azure platform.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand integration requirements and deliver scalable solutions.Build and test APIs natively on Azure cloud.Leverage Git and Dev Ops throughout development lifecycle.Develop and deploy message brokers and message queues to enable reliable and efficient communication based on SOA.Qualifications
7 to 10 years of experience building integration platforms and components, preferably on Azure environment.Proven expertise in designing, building, and managing integration platforms using Azure API Management
, with strong skills in API development (REST, Synch/Async) using .NET and Azure Functions
.Deep experience in microservices and middleware architecture, including event-driven solutions with sub/pub patterns using Azure ESB, and process orchestration with Kubernetes.Proficient in leveraging cloud-native technologies to design and deploy scalable solutions, and in implementing ETL jobs with ADF and Microsoft Fabric.Strong Dev Ops knowledge across the entire SDLC, with a focus on automation, using tools like GIT for source control, and Microsoft Co-Pilot to accelerate development and code delivery.Excellent troubleshooting skills for production issues, with a quality-focused mindset and adherence to SLAs, and effective collaboration and communication across development, operations, and architecture teams.
