Business System Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in Wealth Management, Capital Markets, or Financial Services. The ideal candidate will excel in stakeholder engagement, data analysis, SQL, and driving requirements for complex investment and trading workflows.

• Partner with business and technology teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
• Interpret data, perform impact analysis, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Work closely with development, testing, and product teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Support Agile ceremonies, backlog grooming, and sprint planning.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within Wealth Management, Capital Markets, or broader Financial Services.
• Strong hands-on expertise in SQL, including advanced queries, joins, subqueries, and performance tuning.
• Proven capability in data analysis, problem solving, and logical interpretation of large datasets.
• Solid understanding of wealth management products, trading workflows, and investment operations.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both business and technical stakeholders effectively.

• Experience with Charles River Development (CRD), especially order management and portfolio workflows.
• Exposure front office or middle office trading platforms.
• Experience supporting large-scale transformation or modernization programs.
• Knowledge of regulatory reporting, risk data, or related data governance domains.
