Leverage the use of design tokens to build responsive components in figma, component variants, patterns, templates in a scalable, enterprise-grade design system that supports Citco’s digital product ecosystemDefine, document and maintain guidelines and best practices for component and pattern usagePartner with product designers, platform/product owners and engineering teams to align requirements, identify edge-cases for components and patternsCreate high-fi prototypes to explore ideas and collaborate effectively with engineering during implementationManage feedback and contribution requests as you partner with various product teams to understand their unique constraints, and integrate their needs into the Design SystemTrain, onboard and enable teams to fully leverage the Design SystemFacilitate design reviews, audits, and contribution models, ensuring high-quality system evaluationSalary Range: CAD $95, - CAD $,
