• Training: Begin with an intensive, cost-free training program led by industry experts. You'll work on practical projects and gain proficiency in cutting-edge technologies, all while learning to apply them to solve business problems.
• Placement: Upon successful completion of the training, we place our graduates on a two-year contract with our prominent clients—some of the top companies in Canada. You'll be integrated into client teams, applying your skills to deliver tangible results.
• Continuous Support: Your journey doesn't end after training. We provide dedicated career support, mentorship, and opportunities to acquire industry-recognized certifications throughout your placement. You'll learn to navigate client environments, manage projects, and communicate effectively.

• Designing and developing high-quality software, data, and AI systems to meet client business needs.
• Collaborating with a team to analyze client challenges, propose effective technical strategies, and deliver impactful solutions.
• Implementing and maintaining scalable software, data, and AI solutions to provide strategic insights for our clients.
• Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, acting as a trusted advisor to your client team.
• Contributing to all stages of the consulting lifecycle, from problem analysis to solution deployment.

• A post-secondary STEM educational background is preferred or a strong passion for transitioning into a career in software, data, and AI.
• New graduates and newcomers with foreign work experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency with at least one data skill, such as SQL, Pandas, PySpark, or R.
• A strong desire to learn and a natural curiosity for new technologies.
• A knack for pushing boundaries and a love for solving complex problems.
