As a Senior SAP Customer Service Analyst, you’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to assess requirements, refine SAP CS processes, and support major S/4
HANA migration initiatives from early workshops through post‑go‑live. You’ll configure solutions, maintain thorough documentation, and empower key users through structured training while translating business needs into clear technical specifications.
- Gather and analyze business requirements across subsidiaries to improve processes within the SAP Customer Service module
- Document as‑is and to‑be processes and configure SAP solutions that enhance efficiency and user experience
- Support or lead S/4
HANA migration activities from Fit/Gap through post–go‑live, ensuring smooth regional adoption - Train key users, prepare functional specifications, and collaborate with developers and integration teams on enhancements
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams, maintain thorough documentation, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide reliable support to subsidiaries across the Americas
You bring deep hands‑on experience with large‑scale SAP CS implementations in global environments, combining strong analytical ability with clear, confident communication across diverse stakeholders. Your expertise spans S/4
HANA migrations, process design, cross‑department collaboration, and ABAP debugging, supported by meticulous documentation and a solid academic foundation.
- 5+ years of experience with SAP CS, SD, or MM in multinational environments, ideally in consumer goods or retail
- 3+ years in full SAP implementations or complex international projects, with strong S/4
HANA expertise and ECC familiarity - Excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of logistics or customer service processes, including design, configuration, and user support
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, with beneficial SAP certifications, ABAP debugging skills, and strong Microsoft Office proficiency
- Fluency in English, with additional languages considered an advantage in global operations
