Kronos Functional/Technical Consultant
Keywords: Workforce Central (WFC)
Experience Required - 6-8 Years
- Core Modules: At least 5 years of experience configuring Workforce Timekeeper
, Workforce Accruals
, and Workforce Attendance
. - Version 8.0 Mastery: Deep knowledge of WFC v8.0 features, specifically Navigators and modern UI enhancements.
- Technical Configuration: Hands‑on experience with Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) for data integration and Setup Data Manager (SDM) for configuration moves.
- Terminal Management: Experience configuring and troubleshooting Kronos hardware, specifically 4500 and InTouch terminals via Workforce Device Manager (WDM).
- End‑to‑End Lifecycle: Lead experience in at least two large‑scale implementations for multinational clients.
- Full Delivery: Proven track record in business requirements analysis, functional design, system configuration, and rigorous testing.
