What are your contributions to the team?
  • Define and execute a comprehensive strategy and multi‑year roadmap for the Dev Ops CoE, aligned with organization objectives and industry best practices.
  • Partner with the Architecture Review Board (ARB), the business and technology leaders to identify improvement opportunities and automations for infrastructure and application development to increase speed and quality of IT project deliveries.
  • Lead the selection, configuration, and lifecycle management of the Agile and CI/CD tool chains, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability for the development teams.
  • Integrate the infrastructure and application development tools for CI/CD.
  • Define enterprise standard for code repository, branching strategies and ensure adoption by developers with proper training.
  • Maintain the list of approved coding languages, libraries and tools that can be used for infrastructure and application development.
  • Approve and provide support for coding assistant tools (e.g., AI‑powered code completion) to increase productivity and quality from development teams.
  • Develop a high‑performing team of Agile coaches, platform and Dev Ops specialists, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Develop and deliver training, documentation, and enablement programs to empower users of the Dev Ops and CI/CD CoE’s platforms.
  • Establish and enforce governance frameworks for platform usage, tool selection, and code quality, ensuring compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships as needed.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts and platform strategies to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders, to drive digital innovation with speed.
  • Set clear performance objectives for the team, monitor progress, and implement development plans to maintain high engagement and achievement.
How to thrive in this role?
  • You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • You have 8+ years of experience in software development, Dev Ops, or platform engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or CoE management role.
  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in deploying infrastructure and developing applications in public cloud and virtualized on‑prem environments.
  • You can demonstrate a proven expertise in Agile methodologies, CI/CD platform management, and tool chain configuration (e.g., Jenkins, Git Lab CI, Azure Dev Ops, Git Hub Actions).
  • You have strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash, Power Shell) and experience automating build and deployment processes.
  • You have experience with coding assistant tools (e.g., Git Hub Copilot, Claude Code) and infrastructure‑as‑code frameworks (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
  • You have demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage complex, cross‑functional projects.
  • You have experience and interest in managing both project deliveries and operational support.
