• Lead project planning, scheduling, tracking, and execution.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare project dashboards, status reports, and executive updates.
• Facilitate requirement gathering, sprint planning, and review meetings.
• Ensure adherence to governance, quality standards, and organizational processes.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve project roadblocks proactively.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence within the project team
