This isn’t another wiki, Notion, or search layer. We’re building AI personas tied to roles , powered by structured knowledge vaults and RAG pipelines, so teams retain institutional memory as they scale.
We’re early, intentional, and building with strong design, technical depth, and enterprise credibility from day one.
The Role
We’re looking for a Co-Founder & CTO to own Pleriq’s technical vision and execution end-to-end.
This is not a “CTO later” role. You will be a true co-founder , shaping product direction, architecture, and company DNA alongside the founder. You’ll move fast, make hard technical decisions, and build foundations that scale.
What We’re Looking For
You might be a strong fit if you:
Are a senior engineer / tech lead / early CTO who wants real ownership
Have experience with:
Backend systems (Node, Python, or similar)
Databases & data modeling
Cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure)
AI/ML systems, especially RAG, LLMs, embeddings
Think deeply about system design, scalability, and trade-offs
Care about product quality , not just shipping fast
Want to build something category defining, not incremental
Are comfortable with ambiguity and early stage chaos
Startup experience is a plus but not required if you’ve built complex systems before.

Direct influence over product, tech, and strategy
Early traction, pilot users, and clear problem-market pull
This is not:
This is a true co-founder role with equity and long-term commitment
This is not a contractor or advisory position
This is not a “figurehead CTO” role
