Salesforce QA

Join our team to perform functional and configuration testing on Salesforce CRM applications, with a preference for FSC Financial Services Cloud. You'll be involved in testing and validating Salesforce components, conducting manual and automation testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards and timely delivery.

• 6-10 years of experience in Salesforce CRM testing and automation
• Strong functional knowledge of Salesforce (Sales, Service, or Marketing Cloud)
• 7-10 years of experience in Web/Mobile UI and API Automation
• High-level expertise in Java, with a clear understanding of OOPs concepts
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Provar, Rest Assured
• Proficiency in SOQL/SOSL queries for Salesforce data validation
• Experience with Test Management tools like ALM, JIRA, qTest, Confluence
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation integration (Jenkins preferred)
• Familiarity with GenAI tools such as Git Hub Co-pilot
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Experience in designing and building scalable automated test frameworks for web, mobile, and API layers
• Experience in maintaining source code management using Git
• Experience performing API testing using Rest Assured or Postman

• Configure and validate Salesforce components such as Roles, Profiles, Permission Sets, Groups, Triggers, and Execution Batches
• Write and execute SOQL and SOSL queries for data validation and testing
• Design, create, and manage test cases, test data, and test progress metrics using tools like qTest, JIRA, ALM
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright, Selenium, Provar, and other automation frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards and timely delivery
