Description:
This role is hybrid and requires you to be at a Client office (Downtown) at a minimum 2 days per week - subject to change at any time.
The Senior Business Analyst will be a part of a SaaS migration project of the current Client Onboarding System. We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst who is a self-starting, results-oriented, highly motivated individual with great attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills. A candidate for this role will need to multitask, lead workstreams and be comfortable working in a fast-paced and agile environment with tight project delivery timelines.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Work with SME's and business partners to understand the assigned workstreams (Data Remediation, Data/ Document migration, Reporting, Integrations, etc)
Quickly understand the current on-prem setup and work effort and tasks to migrate over to the Saas solution.
Join internal business and Vendor meetings and provide inputs with regard to assigned workstreams.
Ability to multitask and understand the end-to-end flow, so value can be added in other associated workstreams as well.
Ensure product features and solutions are implemented as per defined requirements by working closely with the development team and SME's.
Develop SQL queries to analyze data that can be used to highlight issues and seek solutions.
Ability to prioritize, highlight blockers, escalate and provide creative solutions during the project cycle.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Must Have skills:
10+ years of hands-on BSA experience in an Agile/ Hybrid development environment within Banking and Client Onboarding space.
Experience with FenE – Fenergo Engine - Mandatory.
Strong understanding of Client Onboarding, KYC and regulatory workflow setup and nuances on workflow rules and dependencies.
Proficiency in SQL, data analysis and being tech savvy to easily understand application integrations for external data capture and downstream reporting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
Previous experience on application migrations (preferred on-prem to Saas)
Nice to Have. Fenergo - FenX experience (highly preferred)
