Lead QA Engineer AI​/LLM & Automation Ontario

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead to join our team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on complex requirement documents and business user stories. You will develop and maintain automated test suites using test automation tools, execute test cases (both manual and automated), document test results, and raise defects whenever necessary.

Additionally, you will be responsible for component or end-to-end tracking of issues and will work with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Client ALM for test case management, defect management, and test reporting.

• Strong knowledge of AI, particularly LLM knowledge, with the ability to test and analyze LLM outputs.
• Extensive experience in QA processes, Testing Life Cycle, SDLC, Estimation, and Defect Management processes.
• Proficiency in Testing Methodologies (waterfall, iterative, agile, etc.) and Design techniques.
• Hands-on experience with ALM, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Experience working with DB2 databases using SQL involving joins, conditions, aggregate clauses, etc.
• Experience in the Banking domain and ETL testing.
• Experience with Java Selenium.
• Experience with AWS cloud databases.

• Experience in stakeholder management and effective collaboration with team members and business partners.
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills.
• Experience participating in defect triage, Scrum, and team meetings.
• Experience testing new technologies and system functionality to ensure business acceptance, user acceptance, and system integration.
