Lead the architectural design and implementation of complex solutions using the Power Platform. Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and development teams to gather requirements and define technical solutions. Develop and maintain a comprehensive architecture strategy that aligns with business goals and technical standards. Design and implement data integration strategies using Dataverse, SQL, SharePoint, and other data sources. Ensure that solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with organizational policies and industry standards.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices and high-quality deliverables. Conduct architectural reviews and assessments to identify and mitigate risks and ensure alignment with the overall architecture. Stay current with the latest advancements in the Power Platform and related technologies, incorporating new features and best practices into solutions. Document architectural designs, technical specifications, and best practices.

Mentor and train team members on Power Platform development and architecture principles.

• Extensive experience with Power Apps (Model-Driven Apps, Power pages, Canvas Apps), Power Automate, Power BI, and the Power Platform.
• Deep understanding of Dataverse, SQL, SharePoint, and other data integration techniques.
• Strong knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
• Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing scalable and secure solutions.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Leadership abilities and experience mentoring and guiding development teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
