Competent Systems is seeking a Developer with a strong understanding of Data Warehousing ETL strategy and best practices. The candidate should be proficient in developing SSIS packages and SSRS reports, with excellent skills in SQL and Performance Tuning. The developer will be part of a high-performance business intelligence team, focusing on enhancing data warehouse processes, optimizing reporting, and improving data integrity throughout the organization.

The ability to independently and logically understand existing SSIS ETL packages is crucial. A solid understanding of data management best practices and in-depth experience with SSIS and SSRS is required. The candidate must be detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and proficient in TSQL, Stored Procedures, Functions, and Packages.
