Job Description:

The day to day activities should consists of the following key responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering workshops to capture business needs, data rules, workflows, and governance models

• Translate requirements into:
User stories, Use cases, Process flows, Acceptance criteria

• Document and validate functional specifications for:
Data models & hierarchies, Attributes and classifications, Workflows & governance steps, Validation & completeness rules, UI requirements (pages, roles, permissions), etc..

• Review STEP configurations delivered by technical teams for accuracy

• Provide business context and clarify functional impacts of STEP features/constraints

• Work with integration teams to define the Data Mapping & ensure business readiness for integrations with ERP, eCommerce, DAM, and Data Lakes

• UAT & Release Management, Coordinate UAT cycles with business teams

• Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management, liaison between business users, developers, solution architects, and data governance teams.

• Risk identification and mitigation plan preparation. Communicate risks, impacts, and solution alternatives clearly.

• Support training, user documentation, and post go live adoption efforts.

• All other activities in the capacity of a Business Analysts to ensure on time completion of the project without any customer escalation
