Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Technical Lead to join our team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to define, architect, and deliver business solutions tailored to service contact centers, advisors, and client business cases. This role requires collaboration with development, business, release management, and operations teams to develop and implement Salesforce platform-based solutions. The candidate will help finalize functional and non-functional requirements and manage the integration of Salesforce with Mule Soft, Docu Sign, content management, and other applications.

Additionally, the role involves defining and tracking project progress, leading the technical team, and providing technical assistance. The candidate will also create design documents, develop business functionality, and support end-to-end testing.

Required Skills &

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in defining and architecting business solutions.
  • Expertise in Salesforce Financial Service Cloud, Sales and Services Cloud, Experience Communities, Agent Force, and Gen AI implementations.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead a technical team.
  • Experience in managing integration with Mule Soft, Docu Sign, and content management systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in end-to-end testing and support.
  • Ability to create comprehensive design documents.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with SLA project tracking.
  • Experience in a diverse and inclusive work environment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement Salesforce solutions.
  • Manage and integrate Salesforce with other applications.
  • Lead the technical team and provide guidance and support.
