We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Technical Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of how technical products are built, deep expertise in agile methodologies, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while keeping teams focused and productive. They must also excel at communicating progress, managing stakeholder expectations, and resolving client conflicts effectively.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong grasp of how technical products are built, with the ability to engage with engineers and understand technical challenges.
  • Proven experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and familiarity with agile tooling like JIRA.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with ambiguous requirements.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in process optimization to improve team efficiency.
  • Experience with SDLC and guiding projects through each phase, from planning and development to testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • A collaborative and empowering leadership style, with the ability to motivate and guide teams toward success.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Provide project management on large scale, complex, high-profile, and high-risk projects.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to develop and maintain project roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and priorities.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to agile processes and principles.
  • Proactively identify bottlenecks and risks and propose actionable solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Ensure team members have a steady stream of work, balancing workloads and priorities across teams.
  • Create and deliver clear, actionable reports on project status, progress, and metrics using tools like JIRA.
