Release Management Plan| schedule| and execute release lifecycle across multiple teams and environments| including development| testing| staging| and production.
Change Control CAB Act as the gatekeeper for technical changes by chairing the Change Advisory Board (CAB)| assessing| approving| and prioritizing changes to minimize risk to cloud services.
Cloud Deployment Coordinate Go-Live activities| manage deployment automation (CICD)| and ensure the integrity of applications| particularly in Cloud SaaSPaaS environments.
Risk Mitigation Proactively identify and resolve potential risks to release scope| quality| and timelines.
Coordination Communication Act as a bridge between development| QA| operations| and business stakeholders| providing regular status updates.
