About the Job
We’re looking for a GTM Operations, Strategy & Insights Lead to drive data-backed decision-making across our music-focused Sales, Marketing, and Artist/Partner Success teams. You’ll analyze performance, uncover audience and market insights, and support initiatives that grow revenue, deepen fan engagement, and strengthen commercial outcomes across labels, streaming, live events, music tech, and artist services.
What You’ll Do
• Build and maintain dashboards tracking GTM and music-industry metrics (pipeline, conversions, fan engagement, retention, campaign ROI).
• Translate data into clear, actionable insights for GTM, Artist/Partner Success, and Marketing leadership.
• Align reporting with Finance and Data teams to ensure consistency across revenue, audience, and catalog performance metrics.
• Support forecasting and planning through trend analysis, scenario modeling, and market insights.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on pipeline performance, fan behavior, campaign effectiveness, catalog trends, and product adoption.
• Provide ad-hoc analytical support across Sales, Marketing, and Artist/Partner Success.
• Identify performance trends and surface insights that guide GTM strategy, resource allocation, and market prioritization.
• Support initiatives such as new market entry, pricing strategy, audience segmentation, release-cycle optimization, and fan-lifecycle programs.
• Track initiative outcomes and measure impact against defined KPIs.
Who You Are
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years in GTM analytics, business analysis, or revenue operations—experience in music, entertainment, or digital media is a strong advantage.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Familiarity with CRM data (preferably Salesforce) and GTM performance metrics.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and data-storytelling skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• Understanding of subscription, streaming, ticketing, or digital product KPIs (retention, LTV, CAC, churn, engagement).
• Experience supporting GTM planning, forecasting, segmentation, or audience analytics.
Compensation
Salary range in Canada: $88,000 – $120,000, depending on experience and impact potential.
