• 6-8 years of experience in IT, with a minimum of 2 years as a Test Lead
• Solid understanding of IT QA and E2E Test management
• Proficient in SDLC, testing concepts, and methodologies (waterfall, agile, etc.)
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and industry testing standards
• Strong knowledge of Client ALM Quality Centre, Confluence, and JIRA Testing tools (Git or Bitbucket, Maven, Postman, soap
  
  UI or similar tools)
• Experience in system analysis, programming, and troubleshooting of software applications
• Experience in the Banking or Financial domain

• Experience in compiling and interpreting reports
• Ability to define goals and measurement plans for software process performance
• Familiarity with Agile Way of Working

• Lead and manage testing teams to ensure quality deliverables
• Develop and execute test plans and strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance testing processes
