What You’ll DoAs an Network Transformation Senior Manager
, you will be responsible for helping to grow the Infrastructure Engineering practice by partnering with Sales and Client Account Teams to drive and support cloud/infrastructure opportunities. You will also be responsible for delivery management of cloud/infrastructure programs, projects, and teams.
You are expected to serve as a subject matter expert, where your core competency will be Enterprise Networks
, stay current on industry trends and best practices, and collaborate with cross functional teams and manage teams to perform effectively.
- Lead complex cloud and network infrastructure transformation initiatives for clients to deliver measurable outcomes.
- Leverage Accenture delivery management methodology and tools for project management, resource management, and financial management.
- Manage and develop client delivery teams; mentor consultants and infrastructure practitioners to deliver high‑quality solutions.
- Support business development activities: proposals, client pitches, solution design, and relationship growth.
- Design and implement cloud and network infrastructure architecture for various platforms and products.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment on technology solutions.
- Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues to optimize performance and enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of existing cloud and infrastructure environments to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
- Participate in workshops and technical discussions to gather requirements, develop solutions and enhance operational efficiencies.
- Ability to articulate technical solutions effectively (both orally and in writing).
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in cloud and infrastructure.
- Contribute to thought leadership for cloud and infrastructure: market research, published insights, and capability building.
- Bachelor’s or Masters degree in computer science or related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in cloud and network infrastructure transformation, with at least 5 years in technology and systems integration consulting (or equivalent client delivery roles).
- Proven track record leading large‑scale transformation initiatives with measurable impact.
- Expertise in designing and implementing cloud and network infrastructure strategies for complex, distributed organizations.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive leadership presence — comfortable working with technology stakeholders that may include CIO, SVP, VP, and Director levels.
- Leading a practice or capability in a consulting environment which includes developing go‑to‑market approaches and offerings and people management.
- Cloud Certification (AWS, Azure, and/or GCP).
- Network Certification (Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet).
- Network Automation.
- Experience with edge networks.
- Network operations / managed services experience.
- Experience leveraging GenAI to enhance delivery management and solutioning.
