This position is provisionally Onsite/Hybrid, requiring 7.25 hours per calendar day between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (excluding breaks). Conditions may change based on organizational requirements and at the discretion of the Hiring Manager.

About the Engagement

Akkodis is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support implementation planning and execution for the Enterprise Imaging Vendor Neutral Archive (EI‑VNA) initiative within the Medical Imaging program. The consultant will work as part of a dedicated project team to advance medical imaging modernization across Public Sector and support related digital health initiatives.

Scope

• Provide a full suite of I&IT business analysis services supporting initiatives with diverse clinical, business, and technical requirements.
• Lead requirements elicitation, analysis, validation, and documentation by engaging stakeholders, subject matter experts, clinicians, and technical teams.
• Develop structured business and functional requirements, use cases, workflow diagrams, process maps, and related artifacts to support solution design and delivery.

Assignment Deliverables

• Support EI‑VNA implementation planning by validating requirements and ensuring alignment with standards and clinical workflows.
• Elicit, analyze, and document business/functional requirements for EI‑VNA technical foundations, integrations, interfaces, and dependencies.
• Maintain end‑to‑end requirements traceability.

Expertise Required

Must Have:

• 5+ years’ Experience working in and/or knowledge of clinical and medical imaging workflows, including engagement with radiologists, imaging technologists, and other clinicians involved.
• 5+ years’ Experience conducting business modeling; use case modeling; conceptual and logical data modeling; process and data flow modeling; use case surveys; business rules definition and non-functional requirements definitions.
• 5+ years’ Experience working with and/or knowledge of clinical repositories (e.g. XDS, FHIR) and point-of-care systems used in medical imaging environments (e.g. HIS, RIS, EMR, PACS, Clinical Viewer, Image Viewer).

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with structured, object‑oriented, and agile requirements methodologies.
• Experience preparing business cases and cost‑benefit analyses.
