Technical Business Lead Analyst

Responsibilities

• Participate in the analysis, documentation, and validation of business requirements ensuring all the decisions, requirements and testing needs are properly captured
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology teams across the bank as well as external partners to deliver the end-to-end solution
• Translate complex business needs into clear and concise functional requirements and user stories
• Create Business and Technical documentation
• Participate in and lead working sessions with cross‑functional teams to gather and analyze requirements
• Support the scrum team in planning, scoping, and impact analysis for initiatives
• Support the QAT team
• Develop your subject matter expert (SME) knowledge in the business and systems domain
• Work with other IT teams to gain alignment and solve shared problems
• Monitor post‑implementation performance and incident resolution
• Must be able to work within tight deadlines and schedules and manage multiple initiatives at the same time
• Ability to come to office 3 times a week

• Experience in Banking/Financial industry
• Strong expertise in requirements/design, system analysis, and a history of working with large systems
• Expertise working with relational databases, and SQL
• The ability to gain alignment from people with diverse viewpoints and help to set direction
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders, translating complex information into clear insights
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the bank
• Ability to quickly adapt and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
• Ability to proactively identify project risks and contribute to overall solution success
• Proficiency in JIRA / Confluence/ MS Office/Service Now
