• Lead planning and execution of complex testing, including automation across test types.
• Oversee QA work of others; provide expertise and elevate issues as needed.
• Lead test strategy, test plans, prioritization, traceability, and reporting; manage competing priorities with stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in test practices/tools and reliability/coverage.
• Coach/mentor and allocate tasks; support team development.

• Demonstrate ability to create comprehensive test plans, including a variety of test types.
• Proficiency in test‑management tools such as Test Rail and integrations with other tools such as Jira.
• Profound understanding of test types and paradigms as well as test automation and basic programming.
• Proficient in tools like Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, Test Complete, JUnit/TestNG, Pytest/Unitest, Mocha/Jest.
• Knowledge of languages such as Java, Python, C#, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Git Lab CI, Azure Dev Sec Ops , release train and CI/CD.
• Understanding of Web technologies HTML/CSS, DOM, JavaScript.
• Understanding of Locators and Selectors.
• Skills in tools like Postman, SoapUI, and REST‑assured.
• Understanding of SQL, No
  
  SQL, and database testing techniques.
• Expert understanding of Scrum, Kanban methodologies as well as lean principles.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Miro, Microsoft products and other similar tools.
• Experience with performance test tools such as Load Runner, JMeter, Locust or others.

Salary/Rate Range: $95,000.00 – $
