Job Summary
The SAP Billing Functional Consultant will be responsible for delivering and supporting SAP IS‑U / SAP Billing and Invoicing solutions across end‑to‑end implementations and Application Management Support (AMS). This role partners closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to design, configure, and support scalable billing solutions while ensuring stable operations, SLA adherence, and continuous improvement in high‑volume environments.
In this role, you will- Lead and support end-to-end implementation and Application Management Support (AMS) for SAP IS‑U / SAP Billing and Invoicing solutions.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and translate business needs into scalable billing configurations.
- Configure SAP Billing solutions and support unit testing, integration testing, cutover activities, go‑live, and post‑go‑live stabilization.
- Provide L2/L3 production support, including incident, problem, and change management.
- Perform root cause analysis and drive continuous process improvements to enhance system stability and performance.
- Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure SLA adherence and reliable operations in high‑volume billing environments.
- Strong functional experience in SAP IS‑U / SAP Billing and Invoicing.
- Hands‑on experience across full lifecycle SAP implementations and AMS support models.
- Proven ability in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, and testing.
- Experience providing L2/L3 support, including incident, problem, and change management.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in root cause analysis and issue resolution.
- Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and global delivery models.
- Experience supporting high‑volume or complex billing environments.
- Prior experience working in utility or regulated industry billing solutions.
- Exposure to process optimization, automation, or performance tuning initiatives.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex billing concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Remote with Milestone Travel
