Position: Power Platform Developer (Model-Driven Power Apps)
Location: Remote / Hybrid (Toronto Office Available – Downtown)
Structure: Full time
Pay: Targeting ~$150K annual equivalent (hourly rate negotiable based on experience)

Requirements:

2+ years of hands-on experience developing solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform.
Strong experience building Model-Driven Power Apps (Data Verse-focused).
Experience developing Power Automate workflows to streamline business processes.
Strong JavaScript experience for customizations within Power Apps (onLoad/on Change logic, validations, etc.).
Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with APIs and external systems.
Experience creating dashboards and reporting using Power BI.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a collaborative environment.
Experience working within Agile development environments is considered an asset.
Microsoft Certified:
Power Platform Developer Associate is highly desirable.
Insurance or financial services experience is considered an asset.
