As a Technical Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for new initiatives under internal fraud & insider threat within our Global Operations Technology portfolio of applications. The portfolio spans across systems that keep the bank safe and secure.
In this role you will:
Works with key stakeholders within all business functions to align technology solutions with business strategiesConducts stakeholder interviews, facilitates meetings, leads requirements gathering sessionsAnalyzes requirements from business units and translates them into technical requirements for developers or vendorsDemonstrates an informed knowledge of business functions to resolve problems and capitalize on improvement opportunitiesSupports one or more highly complex business processesWorks on multiple projects as a project team memberServes as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization, in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needsDo you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role?
Strong communication skills – will be speaking with multiple stakeholders such as Business Partners, Operation Teams, Developers and VendorsExperience with data analysis, data mapping & data integration workAdvanced SQL skills for extracting and interpreting data from various systemsUnderstanding of API integration, system interface and connectivity.Ability to translate business requirements into detailed data and technical requirementsExperience with Reporting applications an assetStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to perform systems and business root-cause analysisBeing able to work in a matrix organization and work with competing priorities, will be working on multiple projectsEnergetic and ready to move quicklyAgile experience, Sprint planning, and backlog groomingJira/Confluence/Service Now/Excel/SQL/VisioWhat's in it for you?
