Entry Level Compliance Admin; Bank - Hybrid DT Job Toronto area,Ontario Canada,IT/Tech

Position: Entry Level Compliance Admin (Big 5 Bank - Hybrid DT )

Our client, one of the big 5 banks in Canada, is currently looking to hire Junior Compliance Admins to help support a project they are working on, on a 12 month contract-to-hire basis.

Please note the following important details before applying/proceeding:

This is a hybrid role in the downtown Toronto area, with the expectations of the selected candidates to work in office 2-3 times a week

This is a junior level role, with junior level pay

Job duties for this role include, but are not limited to the following:

Reach out to branches to obtain missing documentation

Update and maintain customer account information

Review accounts and document findings in accordance with SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)

Communicate with branch compliance officers to verify information

Collaborate with head office staff regarding payments and account actions

Work with multiple banking software systems

Consolidate and present information using Microsoft Excel and Power Point

Enjoy a role with variety—no two days are exactly the same

Must Have Experience/

Skills:

6+ Months of Corporate Experience (Banking/Financial related duties would be a plus, but not mandatory)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
** Excel functions used will be Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Etc

Strong Communication Skills (English - Written and Verbal)
