What You Will Own
 AI and SaaS operations technology vision, execution, and observability
 All repositories, artifacts, pipelines, and operations for our client's One platform.
 Site reliability for 3,500+ customers
 AI and AWS platform infrastructure
 Build and deployment of AI applications and platform
 RPO, RTO, and all relevant SLAs
 AWS cost optimization including AWS service and resource capacity planning

Advantages

Preferred Qualifications
 Experience absorbing cloud workloads from M&A or product carve-outs.
 Familiarity with AI infrastructure and Agentic AI deployments and patterns.
 Familiarity with Azure workloads
 Background supporting finance, fintech, or other regulated SaaS where data integrity is
mission critical.
 Engineering background with a degree in computer science

Responsibilities
What You Will Do
 Lead, mentor, and grow a blended AI-first, global SRE/Dev Ops platform team
 Drive AWS technology strategy for AI and services deployment
 Own CI/CD (Git Hub Actions, Terraform/CDK), blue-green & canary release patterns
 Implement observability (Datadog, Cloud Watch, etc.) and 24×7 follow-the-sun on-call.
 Oversee platform Security & compliance automation:
IaC scanning, SBOM, secrets
rotation, incident post-mortems, SAST, DAST, and SCA.
 Manage cloud and Git Hub spend; institute cost-allocation, cost governance.
 Present reliability and Fin Ops scorecards to Executive team, Board, and PE operating
partners.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications
 10+ years in Dev Ops/SRE; 5+ years leading multi-region SaaS on AWS at Director/VP
level.
 Automation-first mindset and proven record of building sustainable automation pipelines
 Experience installing and supporting AWS services such as EKS, Lambda, Serverless
databases and technologies
 Proven ownership of Git Hub-centric CI/CD and Git Ops workflows.
 Track record implementing SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR/CCPA
 Demonstrated Fin Ops wins at > $10 m annual AWS spend.
 Hands-on success operationalizing AIOps/ML tooling (e.g., Dev Ops Guru, Datadog
Watchdog, LLM runbooks).
 Leader who scales people, processes, and culture in PE-backed, rapid-growth
environments.
 Must be legally entitled to work in the country where the role is located.
