We’re looking for a Sr. Analyst, People Analytics to support high-impact analytics and reporting across RBI’s People function. This role is highly hands-on and ideal for someone who enjoys building dashboards, working directly in data, and translating analysis into clear insights for leaders.

You’ll partner closely with the Sr. Manager, People Analytics to execute analytics projects across the employee lifecycle, support executive and leadership reporting, and help improve how data flows across our HR systems. This role does not have people management responsibilities, but it plays a critical role in delivering the work that leaders rely on.

RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Candidates should be comfortable working onsite 5 days per week out of our office in Miami, FL or Toronto, ON
.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Build, maintain, and support the implementation of dashboards, metrics, and data visualizations that enable talent, engagement, and workforce decision-making
  • Create recurring leadership reports and executive summaries with a strong focus on accuracy, clarity, and usability
  • Use Python and SQL as core tools to automate reporting, clean and transform data, and support advanced analytics
  • Analyze engagement survey results and other employee data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Execute end-to-end analytics work, from data extraction and transformation through final insights and visualizations
  • Translate complex analytics into clear visuals and written summaries that highlight key takeaways and implications
  • Run predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and ad hoc analytics
  • Contribute to data-driven process design projects by analyzing current-state data and measuring outcomes post-launch
  • Support Workday reporting as needed, including troubleshooting, validation, and partnering with HR Tech
  • Coordinate data integrations and quality checks with One Model, Workday, and other HR systems
  • Coach and support teammates on Python usage, automation approaches, and analytics best practices
  • Contribute to data quality standards, documentation, and repeatable analytics processes
  • Qualifications and Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in People Analytics, HR Analytics, or a related analytics role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Business, or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in Python is required, including experience with data analysis, automation, and modeling
  • Proficiency in Python is required, as you'll work hands-on to automate and scale analytics tools.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and relational data structures
  • Experience building dashboards and visualizations in tools such as One Model, Power BI, Tableau, or similar
  • Familiarity with Workday reporting or HRIS data;
    Workday Report Writer experience is a strong plus
  • Comfort working with large datasets and improving data quality over time
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in producing accurate, well-documented work
