• Terminal Management: Experience configuring and troubleshooting Kronos hardware, specifically 4500 and InTouch terminals via Workforce Device Manager (WDM).

• End-to-End Lifecycle: Lead experience in at least two large-scale implementations for multinational clients.

• Full Delivery: Proven track record in business requirements analysis, functional design, system configuration, and rigorous testing.
