This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our Client office at a minimum 2 days per week - subject to change at any time.
The Project Manager – IT is responsible for leading and overseeing the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional technology programs. This role ensures alignment between business objectives and IT solutions, manages stakeholder relationships, and drives high-quality execution across multiple projects. The Project Manager brings leadership, strategic thinking, and deep experience in program and project management within IT environments.

Your future duties and responsibilities:
. Lead large-scale IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
. Manage multiple interrelated projects, working with project managers and cross-functional teams.
. Drive the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of IT initiatives.
. Develop detailed program roadmaps, schedules, and budgets.
. Identify and manage program risks, dependencies, and issues, escalating as necessary.
. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and prioritize work.
. Facilitate regular program reviews with leadership and stakeholders, providing clear reporting on progress and KPIs.
. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, data security, and IT governance.
. Lead continuous improvement efforts, leveraging Agile, Scrum, or other project delivery methodologies.
. Mentor junior project managers and promote best practices in project and program management.

Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
. 5-10 years of experience in IT project/program management,
. Proven track record managing large, complex IT programs in enterprise environments.
Skills:
. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, cloud technologies, and/or enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM).
. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
. Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Asana).
. Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
. Ability to manage budgets, vendor contracts, and offshore/onshore resources.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
1. Strong understanding of software development, cloud technologies, and/or enterprise systems
2. Proficiency with project management tools

4. Strong communication and reporting skills
Certifications (preferred but not required):
. PMP (Project Management Professional)
. PgMP (Program Management Professional)
