Associate Director, Business Analyst/Project Manager – Digital and AI Solutions
Job Description
What is the Opportunity?We are looking for a results-driven Business Analyst / Project Manager (BA/PM) to lead the delivery of Digital and AI solutions for the Capital Markets Technology division. The candidate will be responsible for defining product requirements, guiding UX design, collaborating with technical teams, and supporting go-to-market strategies. This role also involves working closely with RTB and CTB support teams to ensure smooth implementation and operational success.What will you do?
Product Requirements: Write and maintain detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), defining functional and non-functional specifications.
UX
Collaboration:
Work closely with the UX team to ensure designs align with business requirements and user needs, providing clear direction and feedback.
Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with Development Leads, Scrum Masters, and key business stakeholders to ensure alignment on deliverables and priorities.
Agile Execution
:
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
Delivery Oversight: Track project milestones, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
Must Have:
5+ years as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or hybrid BA/PM in technology or financial services
Skilled in writing PRDs, user stories, and managing Agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
Proven ability to guide UX teams in delivering user-centric designs
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and their application in financial services
Familiarity with other technologies, infrastructure or development based
Understanding of Capital Markets products and workflows
