On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Business Systems Analyst – Salesforce (Banking) for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

- Job Description:


The Sales builder decom project involves taking functionalities from Sales builder and building across Salesforce, focusing on migrating leftover functionalities into Salesforce to fully decommission Sales builder. This role requires an individual with a technical mindset and Salesforce experience to facilitate this transition effectively.

Business Systems Analyst – Salesforce (Banking) - Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives

• Analyze and document business processes and system requirements

• Facilitate the migration of functionalities from Sales builder to Salesforce

• Work within an Agile framework to ensure project milestones are met

• Utilize JIRA, Confluence, and MS Suite for project tracking and documentation

• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment

Business Systems Analyst – Salesforce (Banking) - Mandatory

Skills:



• 8+ years’ experience as a Business Systems Analyst in a large financial institution

• Experience with large projects with budgets over $5 million

• 3+ years’ experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Suite

• Experience working within an Agile framework

• Salesforce experience with sub features

Business Systems Analyst – Salesforce (Banking) – Nice-to-Have

Skills:



• Development experience to assist in translating requirements

• Project management skills for handling diverse projects and meeting deadlines

• Salesforce certification

• MBA or other related advanced degree

• Agile/CSM certification
