Digital Solutions Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced  Senior Solutions Architect  with a minimum of  15 years of experience  to lead solution design within a corporate innovation lab. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of  Enterprise Architecture  and a proven track record of designing transformative solutions for large organizations in the public and financial sectors. This role is for a Canadian resident with prior experience in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region, who is willing to travel as needed.

Key Responsibilities    Solution Design & Prototyping :
Lead the end-to-end design and rapid prototyping of innovative solutions within the innovation lab, ensuring they’re human-centered, scalable, and technically feasible.
Enterprise Architecture Integration :
Act as a bridge between the innovation lab and the wider enterprise, applying comprehensive knowledge of  Enterprise Architecture  to ensure new solutions align with the organization’s long‑term technology strategy and governance models.
Stakeholder Collaboration :
Partner with senior business leaders, product owners, and technical teams to translate complex business challenges into clear architectural roadmaps and technical specifications.
Industry Expertise :
Leverage extensive experience in the public and financial sectors to design solutions that meet strict security, compliance, and regulatory standards.
Mentorship :
Mentor and guide junior architects and development teams on best practices for solution design and implementation.
Qualifications   Minimum of 15 years of experience in designing digital solutions, consumer‑facing solutions, and enterprise architecture, with a focus on large‑scale innovation.
Canadian residency with a willingness to travel for project‑based work.
Prior working experience in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region is a plus.
Certifications in emerging technologies, enterprise architecture, and innovation  from recognized organizations are a plus.
