What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Lead engineering teams to develop and maintain Edge Traffic Infrastructure, ensuring resilience and scalability

Define and deliver a strategic roadmap for system ingress and egress points, aligning with business objectives

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to build reliable and secure networking infrastructure

Improve metrics related to availability, performance, and resiliency of the systems

Foster a culture of quality and ownership through code review and design standards

What is Required (Qualifications)

7+ years of engineering experience with at least 2+ years in a leadership role focused on infrastructure or distributed systems

Proven track record of stakeholder management and successful project delivery

Expertise in managing large‑scale cloud infrastructure systems, particularly in networking and compute

Experience with scaling networking infrastructure such as CDN and Load Balancers, and familiarity with cloud providers like AWS, GCP, or Azure

Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with a global team

Experience in delivering major features or system components with a defined technical and execution plan

Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and navigate complex systems

Demonstrated mastery in gathering and iterating on feedback from peers
