Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Web Developer / Digital Experience Manager to join our Marketing team and play a pivotal role in optimizing and evolving our digital experience across our primary website and related sub-domains. This position requires both advanced technical expertise and strategic insight into how website performance, UX, and infrastructure support broader marketing, demand generation, and brand objectives.
In this role, you will maintain, enhance, and scale our web properties while collaborating closely with Marketing Operations, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for implementing site improvements, driving performance optimization, and continuously enhancing the website’s ability to convert and engage users.
The ideal candidate is a passionate digital experience advocate—someone who combines strong development skills with a user-centric mindset, an operational discipline, and a deep understanding of how websites influence pipeline, customer experience, and business outcomes. An understanding of SEO and AIO best practices as well as the role of personalization and account-based marketing will be an asset.
While the role centers around a roughly 60/40 split between web development and digital experience stewardship, this proportion will naturally adjust as projects evolve and new priorities emerge.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
Lead, manage, and execute development initiatives across multiple web properties, ensuring alignment with marketing, other cross-functional departments, and overall business priorities.
Build, maintain, and enhance functionality for and its sub-domains, including page templates, modules, integrations, and custom tools and features.
Monitor, test, and validate all code deployments to ensure quality, stability, accessibility, and adherence to best practices.
Optimize site performance, speed, Core Web Vitals, and overall technical health through continuous tuning and enhancements.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve functional and performance issues across all web properties.
Monitor and analyze key website metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions) and collaborate on insights that support demand generation and optimization.
Manage user-reported issues, establish clear SLAs, and expedite critical items promptly.
Deploy updates to staging and production environments following best-practice release processes.
Support SEO, AIO, structured data, and tagging best practices during all deployments and enhancements.
Improve and manage the digital chat experience, testing, optimization, and integration with marketing funnels.
Partner with Demand Generation and ABX teams to enable personalization and account-aligned experiences where applicable.
Identify opportunities for operational improvements within Web Ops, including workflows, documentation, QA processes, and automation.
Stay current with modern web standards, accessibility guidelines, emerging technologies, and evolving industry trends, including how AI impacts content discoverability and user expectations, and proactively recommend improvements.
