"Primary Skill Springboot Java Prod Support

Required Skills and Experience Must Have to years of experience in application engineering software development or Dev Ops
Demonstrated ability to support production applications with minimal oversight Strong proficiency in incident
Primary Responsibilities RUNFocused The contract resource will be accountable for operational stability and support including Monitoring system health and responding to production alerts and incidents
Frontline incident triage and resolution using Service Now
Participation in an established oncall rotation during businesscritical periods
Weekly fix maintenance and patch testing and validation
Application and API certificate monitoring renewal and validation Participation in disaster recovery DR testing and exercises Coordination with internal teams and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues Maintaining operational documentation and runbooks"
