Business Analyst Senior

We are seeking Senior Business Analysts to support enterprise application initiatives within the organization. The ideal candidate must have experience with strong Agile delivery, systems analysis, and COTS (C ram) experience
, who are comfortable working in complex, stakeholder-driven public-sector environments.

• Lead requirements gathering activities, facilitating stakeholder workshops and ensuring alignment across business and technical teams

• Perform system analysis, design, testing, and implementation support for enterprise applications

• Define, write, and refine user stories
  , manage product backlogs, and actively participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, backlog refinement)

• Conduct user research
  , develop personas
  , and create journey maps to improve service delivery and user experience

• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and prototypes for stakeholder validation

• Collaborate closely with development teams to support incident management, issue triage, and resolution

• Consult on system enhancements, changes, and process improvements

• Assist with training plans
  , system documentation, user manuals, and implementation materials

• Support planning and coordination of application development activities to ensure deliverables meet OPS standards

• Proven experience working in Agile environments
  , including user story creation, sprint reviews, and backlog management

• Strong background in requirements analysis, systems analysis, and solution design

• Hands-on experience conducting user research
  , building personas, and developing journey maps

• Experience working with web-based technologies, databases, and COTS platforms
  , including IBM C ram

• Demonstrated experience working closely with technical teams on incident management and issue triaging

• Experience implementing or supporting AI-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency and decision-making

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

• Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies
  , systems integration, and reporting/data-driven tools

• Proven ability to analyze complex business problems and recommend optimal solutions

• Experience preparing business cases, system documentation, and training materials

• Demonstrated leadership guiding stakeholders and junior team members

• Ability to balance competing priorities in fast-paced, enterprise environments
