Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience in IT Asset Management, SAM, IT Governance, or CMDB roles.
- Strong understanding of ITAM/SAM processes, CMDB structures, and data quality practices.
- Experience with standards documentation, taxonomy creation, and KRI design.
- Knowledge of Procurement & Vendor Management data, approved software catalog processes.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- ITIL 4, ISO 19770, IAITAM CSAM/CITAM, or Service Now SAM/CMDB certifications.
- BFSI experience with control evidence, audits, and regulatory expectations.
- Experience automating metrics using Service Now reporting, Power BI, or SQL.
