Job Title:
Software Licensing SpecialistLocation:
Toronto, ON (Onsite)Duration: + MonthsDaily Responsibilities:Ensure enterprise-wide software license compliance and optimizing software asset utilization.Conduct in-depth analyses of software usage and contractual entitlements.Provide Effective License Position (ELP) reports using Flexera and additional data sources as needed.Work with internal Product Owners on results of ELPs.Review, support and investigate licensing remediation as needed.Configure and update Flexera with as needed to support ELPs and software assets.Complete licensing requests as assigned.Document process and knowledge documentsMust Have
Skills:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT, Business Administration or a related field.+ years of experience working in Software Asset Management, licensing compliance, Flexera and Service Now.In-depth knowledge and experience in working with software entitlements, EULAs and contracts.Experience in managing license compliance with large software publishers and various licensing models.Excellent documentation, analytical and communication skills.Process flow and knowledge documentation.Practical experience in reporting and analytics of data.Nice to have skills:Experience working in financial banking industryProfessional certifications CSAM, CITAMExperience working with automation and AI in SAM processes for efficient compliance monitoring is a plus.Mindlance is an
