Oracle Fusion ERP Functional Consultant with intermediate experience supporting accounting systems. Configure and optimize Oracle Cloud applications (Finance, SCM, PPM) by mapping business requirements to system functionality. Key responsibilities include requirement gathering, gap analysis, system configuration, functional testing, and user training to enhance financial processes.

Work Experience

3-7 years of experience of Oracle Fusion ERP solutions in Finance.

Must be hands‑on leader

Demonstrated experience in managing multiple teams, including vendor relationships and offshore teams.

Experience in influencing business partners in making use of out‑of‑the‑box capabilities and following industry standard business processes.

In-depth experience with Oracle Fusion Financial Suite, experience in implementing end‑to‑end business processes across GL, AP, FA, Cash Management and Expense modules.

Must have in-depth experience in Banking Integrations, Bank disbursement file formats, BIP/OTBI reports.

Experience in PPM, Procurement and Inventory is strongly preferred.

Experience with multiple Oracle Financials implementation.

Experience modifying and creating Oracle Financial workflows.

SQL experience querying large data sets from multiple sources and developing automated reporting.

Review existing setups and recommend best practices in Oracle Financials.

Work independently with Finance Team members (BA, SME, Super Users), Oracle Support and Technical development teams for completing assigned Projects.

Assist with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team requests regarding Oracle Financial Setups and Configurations

Education

Skills

Experience in implementing, enhancing, and supporting corporate ERP systems specifically in Finance.

Experience in Oracle Fusion Financials

Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.

Ability to handle shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.

Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high‑pressure environment is crucial.

Strong leadership profile demonstrated prioritization and negotiation skills.

Able to operate effectively in areas of uncertainty, ambiguity and conflict to focus and deliver against business goals.

Track record of taking ownership and driving results at various levels of professional experience.

Knowledge of Confluence, Azure Dev Ops, Jira, and PPM tools

SQL knowledge and the ability to extract ad‑hoc reports using BI tools
