Create effective, user friendly and visually appealing interfaces. Design the overall functionality of the product in order to ensure a great user experience, iterate upon it in accordance with user-testing. Design user interfaces for vSkills

This role is part of a Hybrid Work Arrangement and resource(s) will be required to work a minimum of 2 days per week at 5700 Yonge St. or 2 Bloor Street West if they are located within 125 kms of either office location
Evaluation Criteria
Experience in leading the design of complex digital services from concept to production
Portfolio of recent work demonstrating UI/UX expertise in designing complex online services
Expert knowledge of information architecture and interaction design, user-centered design processes, user experience principles
Demonstrated experience developing key design deliverables such as user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, clickable prototypes, presentations and reports
Experience in conducting research, user research, usability testing
Experience in designing online services to be accessible by default
Proficient with design and prototyping software, digital collaboration and web conferencing tools
Must haves
3+ years as UX designer
Portfolio of recent work demonstrating UI/UX expertise in designing complex online services
