SAP Consultant; SAP GUI

Position: SAP Consultant (SAP GUI)
Our client in the manufacturing space is seeking a contract based  SAP S/4

HANA End-User Computing (EUC) / Desktop Deployment Consultant.  The focus is on packaging, deploying, and supporting the SAP Desktop Client and related desktop components using Microsoft Intune.
This role ensures a smooth end-user rollout through prerequisite configuration, controlled deployment, and post-deployment hypercare support.
Responsibilities   Package and configure the  SAP Desktop Client (SAP GUI for S/4

HANA) , including all technical prerequisites and dependencies
Create, test, and deploy SAP Desktop Client packages using  Microsoft Intune  (Win
32 apps, detection rules, updates)
Coordinate with SAP functional, Basis, and infrastructure teams to validate desktop client configurations
Execute end-user deployment validation across Windows desktops and laptops
Provide post-deployment  hypercare support , troubleshooting installation, configuration, and access issues
Deliver hands-on desktop/laptop support when required, including occasional on-site or hybrid user support
Document deployment procedures, known issues, and support runbooks for IT handover
Requirements   Proven experience packaging and deploying  SAP Desktop Client / SAP GUI for S/4

HANA  in enterprise environments
Strong hands-on expertise with  Microsoft Intune  for Windows application packaging and deployment
Experience supporting large-scale ERP rollouts with structured hypercare phases
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and end-user support skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate across SAP, EUC, and infrastructure teams
