As a referent of the design practice, you will work closely with developers and stakeholders to bring offerings to life - from discovery to full execution. You have a thorough understanding of responsive web and mobile applications, user-centric design processes, and an eagerness for creating thoughtful interactions in a competitive digital space.

Developconceptualmodels,personas,workflows,designprototypes,anduserinterfacespecificationstodemonstrateeffectivenessofusability
Collaboratewithproductmanagementandengineeringtodefineandimplementinnovativesolutionsfortheproductdirection,visualsandexperience
Executeallvisualdesignstagesfromconcepttofinalhand-offtoengineering
Conceptualizeoriginalideasthatbringsimplicityanduserfriendlinesstocomplexdesignroadblocks
Createwireframes,storyboards,userflows,processflowsandsitemapstoeffectivelycommunicateinteractionanddesignideas
Presentanddefenddesignsandkeymilestonedeliverablestopeersandexecutivelevelstakeholders
Establishandpromotedesignguidelines,bestpracticesandstandards
Contributetoourexternalthoughtleadershipefforts(for example:blogpostsoncutting-edgepracticesin

Maintainhighutilizationandreportactivitiesintoourresourcemanagementsystemsonatimelybasis
What You'll Need To Be Successful:
6+ years of proven experience in UX and UI experience
Previous experience in client facing roles at a creative agency
A detailed portfolio that demonstrates a high level of creativity and an understanding of conversion optimization and user experience (web, UI, interface designs)
Skilled at juggling multiple projects while maintaining quality of work
Ability to run discovery workshops with clients, including defining the process
Enjoys presenting your designs and selling your solutions to various stakeholders
Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
Ability to adapt design to a wide variety of target audiences
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
Strong communication (written and verbal), time management and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, InVision, or other design and prototyping tools
Strong understanding of HTML and CSS, particularly as they relate to design
Solid knowledge of responsive design, such as how elements react to each device
Proficiency JavaScript for rapid prototyping is a plus
Graphic design and illustrator skills are a plus
Up-to-date with the latest UX and UI trends, techniques, and technologies
Preferably a BS/MS in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or related
