Job Title: SEO and CRO Specialist

Location: Hybrid (2 in-person days per week)

Contract Type: 1-year contract with potential for full-time conversion or extension

We are seeking a highly skilled SEO and CRO Specialist to support one of Canada's Top 5 Banks. This role is critical in optimizing user journeys and conversion performance and requires someone who can communicate effectively with diverse audiences while driving both content and technical strategies.

• Lead and manage SEO and CRO strategies for our GAM website, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to create and optimize content, implement A/B testing, and drive measurable results.
• Collaborate with different business lines to bridge gaps in content strategies and keyword ownership.
• Present performance and optimization strategies clearly and warmly to demanding stakeholders.
• Conduct journey analysis and provide recommendations for both onsite copy optimizations and offsite linking opportunities.
• Implement technical SEO adjustments, leveraging the content management system to expedite changes and improvements.

• 3+ years of experience in SEO and CRO with strong technical and analytical capabilities.
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end customer journeys and the ability to engage different audiences through tailored content and technical strategies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and present to a variety of audiences.
• Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating effectively with remote partners.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to deliver clear, strategic insights.

• Experience with financial or banking product management is an asset but not required.
