• Provide technical leadership to engineers responsible for LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, Voice, IP services, and SD‑WAN.• Lead and participate in SD‑WAN deployment activities across supported regions.
• Coordinate deployment activities and change implementations across Campus & Branch environments.
• Perform network configurations, validations, and support during project deployments.
• Ensure compliance with GTEP standards, security controls, and operational procedures.
• Act as an escalation point for network incidents across supported regions.
• Manage technical communication, documentation, and project deliverables.
• Collaborate with Canadian and Global Engineering teams to maintain consistent, secure, and scalable designs.
• Analyze complex problems and develop solutions based on industry’s best practices.
• You enjoy mentoring and technically guiding engineering teams.
• You thrive in large-scale projects and multi‑regional coordination.
• You value precise documentation and clear, consistent communication.
• You are motivated to work with Caribbean, LATAM, and Canadian teams.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role?
• Mandatory:
Proven hands‑on experience with SD‑WAN deployments (Aruba Edge Connect / Silver Peak preferred), including configuration, tunnel design, routing, overlays, QoS, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience supporting enterprise LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, Voice, and related network technologies.
• Experience with Cisco, Aruba, Forti Gate, Silver Peak/Aruba Edge Connect.
• Strong knowledge of Forti Gate firewall policies, VPN (IPSec/SSL), NAT, and high availability (HA) setups.
• Familiarity with Forti Manager and Forti Analyzer for centralized management and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of VOIP, routing, switching, VPN, HA, DNS/DHCP/IPAM, and IP services.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort interacting with technical peers, business stakeholders, and vendors.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage competing priorities.
• Strong analytical skills and a solutions‑oriented mindset.
• You possess good time management and organizational skills to effectively manage high scale project.
• Post‑secondary education in networking, engineering, or computer science.
• Certifications such as CCNA/CCNP/CCIE are considered an asset.
• Spanish language proficiency is considered a strong plus.
