The ideal candidate will ensure hardware and software functionality, manage service tickets efficiently, and provide excellent service to staff. Successful applicants will have at least 3 years of relevant experience and the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
The position offers a salary range of $60,000 to $75,000 and various benefits.
